Cheese choices seem endless: thin crust pizza, cheese sausages, Mediterranean salad, Caprese salad, pastas with a variety of sauces (and cheese). The salads are refreshing with authentic dressings rather than the sweet mayonnaise you get at many restaurants in Dalian and are topped with fresh cheeses. The pizzas are cheesy with a crisp crust. The topping on this cake for me, though, was the bittersweet chocolate brownie: moist, chocolaty and not too sweet. Although it was not what I would call a “Canadian-sized” piece, it was plenty after already having a big meal.
