Cheese choices seem endless: thin crust pizza, cheese sausages, Mediterranean salad, Caprese salad, pastas with a variety of sauces (and cheese). The topping on this cake for me, though, was the bittersweet chocolate brownie: moist, chocolaty and not too sweet. Although it was not what I would call a “Canadian-sized” piece, it was plenty after already having a big meal.
